How long will I have to wait for a quote?

• When you request a quote on one of our aircraft someone contact you within an hour to discuss your requirements. If we need to outsource an aircraft to meet your requirements it may take slightly longer to generate a quote.

Do you provide catering on your flights?

• We provide catering for passengers and crew on all our VIP flights. We generally provide standard VIP catering but if you have any special requests we will do our best to accommodate them. One of our American clients even requested McDonald’s- which we gladly provided.

What if I require an aircraft that is not part of your fleet?

• We do our best to answer each and every client request. This means that even if we do not have an aircraft available to meet your specific needs, we will outsource one for you from our trusted partners and still provide you with a quote.

Do you have a dedicated clearance company to arrange landing fees etc.?

• Yes, International Flight Clearances (IFC) operates from our premises and provides all the necessary clearances for our flights.

What is the most interesting place you have flown to?

• ZS-JGC, the Gulfstream III, flew to Antarctica.
