CEO – Steve Anderson

Steve is a founder of Medair and has 33 years’ worth of aviation experience under his belt, as both a pilot and manager. Steve has an extremely hands-on management style and is personally involved in every flight, this guarantees the consistent high standard of service that Elite Jet provides.

Operations Director – Hadley Spencer

First as a dispatch controller, and now as a pilot, Hadley has extensive aviation knowledge. Flying everything from a Citation II to the DC9 and the Falcon 2000EX, Hadley is personally involved in making each and every flight a success.

Financial Director – Lauretta Taylor

Lauretta is the financial backbone of Elite Jet. She is a founder and Director of the company and has a vast knowledge of the industry. She ensures that the company runs smoothly and that the financial component of every flight is taken care of correctly and professionally.

General Manager – Bruce Johnstone

Bruce brings a solid aviation foundation to his position as General Manager, overseeing the Flight Operations Department and flight crew. Bruce flies the DC9 and Gulfstream aircraft with his dedicated crew.  His experience as an air force-trained accident investigator contributes to the outstanding safety record of the company.

VIP Flight Manager – Riaan Koch

Riaan has been with the company for 12 years and he is well-known in the industry as a VIP charter expert. Riaan will make sure that your quotes reach you in the shortest possible time and that all your requirements are fulfilled. Riaan really goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that every flight is a success. His combined Aeromedical and VIP experience gives him the knowledge and capability to handle absolutely any request.
